How To Order
Step 1: Register as a new user
Registration is free and suggests no commitment for ordering. From the login area on the left, click on "REGISTER". On this screen, enter your company profile information and choose a username and password. Once you submit this information, you will only be a few clicks away from ordering online custom digitizing.
Step 2: Request an online quote (this is optional)
If you would like a quote before submitting your order, go to the "QUOTE" area to upload your design for a quote. Log back into your account to view your estimated stitch-count, which should be ready within two hours.
Step 3: Convert your quote to an order or just request an order
If you submitted a quote, just click on the "CONVERT TO ORDER" button and fill out the remaining order information. You may also go straight to "SUBMIT ORDER" and fill in the order form, upload your artwork and submit your order.
Step 4: Check for "Order Alerts"
It is important to check your account frequently to view the status of your orders. Make sure there are no "ALERTS" or questions pending before an artist is assigned to your design.
Step 5: Download your completed order
Log onto your account at https://www.universaldigitizing.com/ and download your finished order.
